Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: Please do not change the existing rules. - I want to preserve the long-standing free public markets where investors and their advisors have the freedom to buy public securities without additional government-imposed limitations. - I'm capable of understanding leveraged and inverse funds and their performance characteristics since this is my own money. I don't want any third parties involved. - These leveraged & inverse funds are important to me since they allow me to help protect my portfolio. Regards, Tram Weiss
