Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: Please do not make it more difficult to purchase leveraged and inverse funds. I am fully aware of the risks and opportunities involved with these funds and only invest less than 1% of my net worth in such funds. Regards, Jeffrey Yonker
