Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: I am opposed to the proposed new regulation regarding restrictions on the purchase of leveraged and inverse funds. I am fully aware of the risks in holding such funds, and monitor my holdings frequently to ensure that they meet my long term goals and objectives. Investing in such funds, while not always profitable, certainly is an important part of my overall strategy and has enhanced my returns over time. The prospectus of any leveraged or inverse fund clearly presents the benefits and risks of investing in these funds, and the individual investor should be allowed to make his/her own investment decision as to the suitability of these funds based upon their individual needs and financial understanding.
