Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15:

Please let this note be my formal protest against the SEC's proposed regulations that would impair my ability to invest in leveraged ETF products.

As an investor, I am well aware of the risks involved in the risks that leverage introduces into my investment portfolio, and the failure of others to take the time to understand those risks should not be an excuse or basis for which the SEC should seek to curtail this product.

There is probably a happy medium where brokerages allowing investors to transact in such products must confirm an investor is either accredited, or make a one-time acknowledgment of the risks involved in any investment involving leverage, but a wholesale banning of such products is an overreach.
