Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: Leveraged and inverse funds a significant part of my retirement portfolio. They help me to meet my goals. I understand how they work and their potential to swing in value. I am utilizing professional financial experts in deciding on my investment options. Eliminating or hampering my ability to access these important investment options could actually significantly limit my ability to reach my financial goals.
