Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: To whom it may concern. I manage my portfolio myself after having learned that others do not manage my affairs with the same care. As a result, it is important to have leveraged / inverse funds available to protect my assets when I need them. I am capable of knowing that leveraged funds cut both ways, and position size the investments accordingly. I do not want anyone telling me I am not capable to make my own decisions and protect assets when markets change course. I want to preserve free public markets where individuals and their advisers can purchase securities without government-imposed limitations. Regards, Trenton Hersch
