Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: I don't think there is any reason for the SEC to regulate witch Funds or ETFs people wish to invest in. I use these funds to hedge various positions and double equity returns when the markets have had a significant sell off and I don't think the SEC should be involved in my ability to invest the way I wish.
