Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: I do not believe this proposed law is necessary. This appears to be another attempt to limit financial/investment opportunities for the average investor in favor of the wealthy. All investments carry risk- common stocks, precious metals, real estate etc- and the risks regarding these leveraged and inverse funds have been well documented with information provided to investors. Let people decide for themselves or in concert with their advisors as to there own best investments. Regards, John Kennedy
