Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: I fully understand the characteristics and risks of L&I Funds. I monitor my account daily and have traded this ETF several times. I’m fully aware Of the Fund’s prospectus and summary prospectus contain from information about Direxion Shares. From the company itself and documents attained from the company’s postings on there website and mailings. I do not feel the SEC should interfere with my decision to take on any and/or all risks fully known by my research. I also feel Ameritrade (My brokerage) is capable of monitoring and advising any and/or risks know and cautions of unknown financial risk associated with this ETF and others. Sincerely, Mr Paul L.
