Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15:

I have been a retail investor for years regularly using leveraged funds. They allow consumers to benefit in ways that greatly surpass normal index funds in return and in protection from downturns. They are a valuable part of my portfolio and I can't believe they I am now seeing that leveraged funds may be made more difficult and complicated to own due to more regulation. It is hard to believe that in America I would be told what I am and am not allowed to do with my financial resources. I can't believe the idea is even being considered. Freedom should extend to financial decisions. I do not need my hand held by someone in the SEC telling me what I can and can't do. Please do not do this. It is wrong and it is a slippery slope in my mind to more control and less freedom. It will also severely limit retail investors from profiting from good market conditions. They understand the risks. I understand the risks. Let us live with our choices. Do not try to control everything that is done. Thank you.
