Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: I believe this rule is bad for individual investors like me. The leveraged or inverse funds provide the only way to hedge my portfolio in IRA and 401K accounts because I cannot trade options in those accounts. Without them I would have suffered much greater loss in a market downturn like this week. Please consider withdrawing this proposed rule. Regards, Jonathan Lee
