Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: Leverage and inverse funds are important to me and I am capable of understanding them and their performance characteristics and associated risks. I do not wish to be overburdened by regulations and would like to preserve my right to invest where I or my advisors think fit without government-imposed limitations. Regards, Daniel Laury
