Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: I am fully aware of the high risk nature of L&I funds. I maintain a very small allocation of my total portfolio to these investments. I also recognize that typical use of these funds is for short term purposes. In my own case I hold them indefinitely knowing that these funds can make dramatic moves very quickly. I want to be there for move happens and not try to time the market.
