Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: SEC, Please do not enact policy that would limit or burden my ability to utilize leveraged funds to maximize my returns. I use them as a tool within a larger trading strategy and given the proper tactic, they have continued to provide me with quality results. I am able to understand the risks associated with the leveraged funds and strongly disagree with a third party vetting me for my ability to use them. I also strongly disagree with the government influencing market and private behavior. This is not in line with our capitalist and free market society. Thank you for your time. Regards, Matthew hartsog
