Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: I've used ProShares for over 20 years to protect my portfolio from sudden downsize moves in the market. I check the value of the shares against the segment of the market that they protect me against and they consistently maintain the correct price ratio. I would like to maintain access to these funds. They are a lot easier to understand than options and other types of investments. Regards, Timothy Bisset
