Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15:

Hi,

It has come to my attention that new regulations have been proposed that could impact investors' ability to invest in leveraged and inverse funds and ETFs.

I'd like to say that I believe that the new regulations proposed are bad for investors as it would make it harder and more complicated for investors to choose the kinds of investments they want to make.

Leveraged and inverse funds are important to me, because they allow me to seek enhanced returns and/or protect my portfolio.

I am an investor with over 10 years of experience evaluating investments and I'm more than capable of understanding leveraged and inverse funds and their performance characteristics, and I most certainly don't want a third party evaluating my capability to do so.

I seek to preserve the long-standing free public markets where investors and their advisors have the freedom to buy public securities without additional government-imposed limitations on our choices as investors.

Regards,
