Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15:

I request that Rule #S7-24-15 be not implemented. I have been using leveraged and inverse ETFs in moderation and fully understand the risk.
My broker has made me sign a risk disclosure document and reminds me of it at every transaction of these types of ETFs. I think that is sufficient. More complicated rules may discourage the broker from offering such ETFs. I understand SEC's concerns but the stock market is just as risky without the leveraged ETFs. Many of my stocks have been reduced to zero and many have flourished. Almost all the companies have highly leveraged finances to say nothing about QE2 etc. So please don't do it.
