Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: Please do not enact regulations on leveraged ETFs. I have used these ETFs for many years and have found them to be of great value. We, as investors, should be able to make are own investment decisions as adults, and not have our freedom to choose how we would like to invest our money restricted and governed by others. I understand the potential good intent to consider this action, but limiting our financial choices based on the fears of some is not the way to proceed. Please allow us to invest based upon our own individual risk tolerance, and not based upon what someone else may feel is appropriate. Thank you for your time, Dr. E Nathan Smedley PharmD
