Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: Leveraged funds are very important to me as an investor. They allow me to seek enhanced returns, and help support my lifestyle. I am capable of understanding leveraged funds and their performance characteristics, and I don't want a third party evaluating my capability to do so, and potentially preventing me from buying them. I want to preserve free public markets where investors and have freedom to buy public securities without additional government imposed limitations on investor choice here. Regards, Pearl Rothman
