Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: I have invested in a ProShares fund for at least 5 years and it has proven to be a very good holding for me. I may wish to invest in other similar funds in the future, so please do;t make it difficult or impossible to do so. Regards, MICHAEL SCHMIDT
