Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: Please allow independent investors like myself to continue to invest in leveraged and inverse funds. This allows me to hedge against a market downturn. I am buying market insurance. I wish to take what risks I can stomach on my own instead of having the great white father in Washington eliminate my investing liberties. Regards, William Foster
