Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: Please do not diminish or take away my ability to buy, sell, and use leveraged and inverse funds. I understand that people can get into trouble with them if they do not understand them or use caution. I'm not sure you have quantified the problem you hope to address. The various questionnaires I have had to fill out for my broker and documents I have had to sign seem to be appropriate now. I have been satisfied with my results with leveraged and inverse funds, especially during short periods of time when markets are extremely volatile. Regards, Anthony Powell
