Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: I am a retail investor and 90+% of my transactions are in leveraged funds. If this avenue is closed it will greatly reduce my chance of realizing better returns and force me back into complete disadvantage against the huge funds who have the capacity of derivatives on their own. Leveraged funds are the only vehicle available to the retail investor to join in the available profits of these sophisticated techniques. The funds already carry higher potential margin requirements.
