Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: I'm in for long term investing in some of these funds like gold. If I take a loss it will be due to the regulation not allowing me to follow though with my investment decisions. I have been doing extensive research on the subjects. It looks like the goverment is trying to prevent the average investor from making their own decisions. Regards, Allan Abbott
