Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: equity market up/down every day, we, as investors, would like to have call/put ETF to invest in both ways. Make it burdensome to buy the leveraged and inverse funds will prevent investors from hedging to downturn risk. we would like to ask you to reconsider the proposal of Rule #S7-24-15, thank you.
