Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: Leveraged and inverse funds allow investors to significantly enhance portfolio performance. Do not diminish this advantage by imposing unnecessary qualifications that go against the long-standing system that gives investors the freedom to execute their own investment decisions.
