Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: 

I disagree with the SEC that additional qualification regulations are required for the individual investor to purchase leveraged funds. Increasing the costs for brokerage firms to conform to additional regulations could result in the costs being passed on to us or at worst loss of access to the funds. They are quite useful as a short term tool. A example being buying the dips when you are near fully invested by converting a portion of your normal ETF's to doubled funds. The SEC has not shown that central planners can control my risks better than I do.
