Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: Please do not change the rules regarding my ability to use leveraged and inverse funds. They are very important short term vehicles for retail investors seeking modest gains from market swings. Any change would not serve to protect retail investors, such as myself, but rather hamstring our ability to make purposeful moves at general market levels. Regards, Liam Wilson
