Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: For the first time in 20 years I am making good money in the markets due to leveraged funds. When a correction in the markets comes I plan on making great gains with inverse funds. Please, please leave alone leveraged and inverse funds. Regards, Mark Montague
