Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: leveraged and inverse funds are part of my investment strategy. they are part of my hedge strategy to avoid and protect from excess risk and also to enhanced returns. i am capable of understanding these instruments and i don't want a third parting dictating how i should invest my money. i am full responsible for my funds i wish to investment in any way i desire without anyone lecturing me on how to do it. leave the free markets alone, they work because they are free. government imposed limitations undermines the freedom of investments. these funds are working great for many of us, please leave them alone.
