Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: I believe these changes while intended to protect investors is not needed. The procedure will drive up the cost for the company offering these funds and therefore increase the service fees investors encure. Investors looking into these products are looking for high returns even if the risk are also high. These investors limit their expose to these types of products and are generally willing to accept total loss of capital. Regards, Paul Lue
