Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: I have benefited from purchasing a leveraged fund by having higher returns than a "normal" one. The exposure to the loss is capped to the amount invested in the fund thereby providing a way to manage the risk and get returns without trading on margin. Regards, Gilbert Niwa
