Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: As a single investor I should be able to continue to invest in leveraged and inverse funds as a way to enhance and protect my portfolio. I am perfectly capable of understanding these types of funds and don't need a third party to evaluate my understanding of these. I should be able to continue investing in these funds without SEC imposed limitations. Regards, Eckehart Zimmermann
