Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: I am a big fan of leveraged funds and have used them for many years. They allow me to generate much better returns than I have in the past. I am capable of understanding the risk associated with these investments and do not want an outside authority evaluating my ability to buy them. Regards, Javier Echenique
