Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: I understand using leveraged risk. I have used them for years in good markets and down markets. Leveraged and inverse funds allow me to enhance my returns, and ultimately protect my portfolio. I want the freedom to buy leveraged funds and inverse funds without any additional government regulations. I don't want a third party (my broker's bureaucracy of administration and compliance people) or a regulator trying to evaluate my needs and my account, particularly when they don't know me and what my and my family needs and investment goals are.
