Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: 1. Leveraged and inverse funds are important to me because they allow me to seek market return with lower risk 2. I am capable to understand leveraged and reverse funds and their performance characteristics. I don't need others to tell me what to do. 3.
