Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: Leveraged funds are critical to my investing future by offering enhanced returns. I've traded leveraged funds successfully, and I understand that they have amplified gains and loses, so they're not for everyone. The market should be left as is, people should seek guidance if they're unclear about their approach on investing in any instruments. As with all investments, money can be made and money can be lost, so one that chooses to invest must approach it strategically and incrementally. All investments have risk, some more than others, so there is no real reason to single out leveraged funds, and they need to be kept to maintain a free, robust, and rewarding market to invest in.
