Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: Speaking against the rule! Interesting that it could be easier to buy a gun than to buy stocks. It appears this rule would benefit only those with greater wealth in the first place who can easily conform to the new regulations. Thanks Regards, Gordon Kozroski
