Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: Dear Sir, I understand the risk of investing in leveraged funds. They make it quite clear. I don't need more regulations to "protect" me. If anything I could use simplified regulations that are fewer in number. Regards, Stephen Guffanti
