Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: I oppose the proposed rule change and believe that as long as the risks are fully disclosed to investors, investors should have the ability to make up their own minds about what type of instruments they should invest in. I don't need the Government interfering with the free market and my ability to make an informed investing decision. Regards, Farid Maluf
