Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: I would like to voice my opinion. I don't believe in a nanny state telling its citizens what it can and cannot do. I am an investor in leveraged and inverse funds and I am well aware of any risks and if this change is implemented you will actually be adding one more unnecessary risk. Regards, Todd Sittaro
