Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15:

Dear SEC:

The fundamental notion of individual freedom - including to guess wrong - in the marketplace is a core aspect of American Freedoms.

The 'good intentions' of 'protecting people' from risky investments is equivalent to going back in time and yelling at the settlers to not go west 'because something might happen'.

Shame on all the bureaucrats who - when pursuing this kind of 'protection of the people', only make the United States look more and more like an unruly corrupt Banana Republic or late stage Roman Empire, with all the governmental despotism that usually comes with such unsophisticated governments, regardless of those government's 'good intentions'.

Regards,
