Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: I disagree with this proposal. It's as if you are trying to take away FREE MARKET CAPITALISM and move toward a dictator or communist point of view. When I invest my money, the RISK should be ALL MINE. Mine to WIN BIG or to LOSE BIG. I emphatically disagree with the government telling me, a highly educated individual, what to do with my money. These type of funds are important to help protect and grow my portfolio. The government could have no way to accurately and fairly assess an individuals circumstances and ability to invest for their personal and unique future needs. Regards, Marie Parrish
