Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: I am against these new regulations if for this and only this one reason. In the recent market turmoil, my portfolio is down 15 percent. Aside from my few ounces of gold I own, the one and only one bright spot has been my UVXY shares. Regards, Gregg Haley
