Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: To whom it may concern: Please do not remove an individual's ability to entrust him or herself with financial decisions and to control their financial future. Do not limit access to leveraged and inverse funds, do not burden the market with further red tape. By limiting or slowing down access to said funds you would only be thwarting an individual's right to take charge of their financial liberties. Regards, Marcos Cuellar
