Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: I have been purchasing ETF and inverse ETF funds for years. I strongly urge the SEC to continue access to these funds to the general public. In general, there should be extremely few investing areas where ordinary citizens are barred and access is reserved for the wealthy. It is incredible to think that this proposal is seriously considered. Regards, William Scheerer
