Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: I fully understand the downside risks associated with the purchase of leveraged funds. I have owned them in the past, I currently own a few, and will consider purchasing additional leveraged funds in the future. I am satisfied with the current method of risk notification as regards the purchase of these types of funds. Please do not implement further advisory measures for my benefit. Regards, Ed Gasparini
