Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: I'd like to continue trading leveraged ETFs like UPRO, without special requirements or limitations. These products aren't difficult for me to understand as a normal investor. These products don't seem more volatile or more dangerous than, say, an individual small-cap stock. Regards, Eric Undersander
