Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: To whom it may concern, I would urge the SEC to consider the proposed change carefully. Having used inverse funds for years as a hedge I would be forced to find other ways to protect my portfolio against the very thing we are experiencing day and for the past 10 days or so. I get it, there is a desire to protect the novice investor from making boneheaded mistakes and I agree with that. But don't penalize the investor who has used inverse funds for years and years and understands the risk. Regards, PATRICK CAMPBELL
