Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: It is important for investors to have the opportunity to invest in both directions on the market. Bear markets are as important as bull markets and investors should be able to buy mutual funds for both market conditions. To disallow leveraged or inverse funds is to reduce market pricing signals and liquidity, creating greater fluctuations and bubbles. Investors are adults using their own money and should be allowed to invest it as they see fit. Regards, Brian Surkan
